2. Exchange, Service Switch, or Store Credit: We understand that circumstances may arise, and you may need to make adjustments to your scheduled service. In such cases, we offer the following options within 14 days of your initial appointment:

• Exchange: You may exchange your purchased service for another service of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.

• Store Credit: In lieu of an exchange or service switch, we offer store credit that can be used for future services or products at Dermapure YMM.

• The credit amount will be based on the value of the service originally purchased.

• Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for services and products offered by Dermapure YMM.

• We reserve the right to deny exchanges or service switches if they do not comply with our policy or if the service has already been partially or fully completed.

• Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
