  • Exchange: You may exchange your purchased service for another service of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.
  • Store Credit: In lieu of an exchange or service switch, we offer store credit that can be used for future services or products at Dermapure YMM.

  • The credit amount will be based on the value of the service originally purchased.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for services and products offered by Dermapure YMM.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges or service switches if they do not comply with our policy or if the service has already been partially or fully completed.
  • Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
